  • Criminal history or security reasons

  • Processing speed or approvals

  • Employment, salary, or job outcome abroad

  • Success in immigration pathways

We assist, guide, and prepare — final outcomes rest with external authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MakeMyVisa.eu is not liable for visa rejections, delays, extra document requests, financial loss, travel losses, job losses, or indirect damages.

  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy or reuse any materials without written permission.
